The device has an insulating material disposed along a longitudinal direction between parts of building, and upper and diagonal reinforcing rods (4, 6) passing the insulating material. A caisson or cage has upper and lower sections (1, 2), where the sections are made of a metallic material or polymer material. A cavity (7) in which the insulating material is arranged is formed at an interior of the caisson or cage. The caisson or cage has two elongated surfaces maintained at upper and lower faces of the caisson or cage. The rods are made of stainless steel.
