The locker i.e. safe, has a housing surrounding an internal space and comprising a base, a cover, side walls, a rear wall and a door (24). The door locks an opening of the safe and is pivotably arranged at the housing. The door has a plate (28) at an outer side. The plate is fixedly connected with the door and is made of material e.g. glass wool, which insulates the internal space against heat transmission and/or heat radiation such that the space exhibits a temperature variation of maximum of 150 Kelvin over a time interval during firing and/or heating effect. The plate contains same portions of fibers, and is made of fiber material e.g. mineral fiber and rock wool, and/or cellulose fiber e.g. wood fiber.
