VERWENDUNG WASSERREDUZIERTER HYDRAULISCH ABBINDENDER ZUSAMMENSETZUNGEN MIT ZEITLICH VERLÄNGERTER FLIESSFÄHIGKEIT
Use of an additive comprising at least one polymer-P1 to produce hydraulic-setting compositions with extended workability and a water reduction rate of 5-15%, compared with hydraulic-setting compositions without water reducing additives, is claimed, where the polymer-P1 comprises at least one acid unit-A1, at least one structural unit-B1, and optionally at least one further structural unit-C1. Use of an additive comprising at least one polymer-P1 to produce hydraulic-setting compositions with extended workability and a water reduction rate of 5-15%, compared with hydraulic-setting compositions without water reducing additives, is claimed, where: the polymer-P1 comprises m mol.% of at least one acid unit-A1 of formula (-C(R2)(R3)-C(R1)(R4)-) (I), n mol.% of at least one structural unit-B1 of formula (-C(R2)(R6)-C(R1)(R5)-) (II), and optionally p mol.% of at least one further structural unit-C1; m, n, p is a number; m+n+p is 100; m and n are greater than 0; p is >= 0; and the ratio of m/n is 1-2. R1, R2 : H, COOM, CH 2COOM or 1-5C-alkyl; either R3 : H, CH 3, COOM or CH 2COOM; and R4 : carboxylic acid residue; or R3R4 : a ring with -CO-O-CO-; M : H, alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, ammonium and/or alkyl-ammonium; R5 : -(CH 2) xR7-(R8O) y-R9; R6 : H, CH 3, COOM, CH 2COOM or a substituent as defined for R5; R7 : ester-, ether-, amide- or imide-compound structure, preferably -COO- or CONH; R8 : 2-6C-alkylene, preferably 2-4C-alkylene; R9 : H, 1-12C-alkyl or cycloalkyl, 7-20C-alkylaryl or aralkyl, optionally substituted aryl, monovalent 1-30C-organic residue, which optionally contains heteroatoms; x : 0 or 1; and y : 3-250. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for preparing a hydraulic-setting composition with extended workability, comprising adding hydraulic-setting binder, water and the additive comprising the polymer-P1 in solid or liquid form, where the added water amount, at constant initial processing mass, is reduced to 5-15% compared with the required water for hydraulic-setting composition without water reducing additives; and (2) a dispersing agent for hydraulic-setting compositions comprising the polymer-P1, and at least one flow agent comprising lignosulfonate, naphthalene sulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate, sulfonated melamine-formaldehyde condensate, molasses and/or gluconate.

R1, R2 : H, COOM, CH 2COOM or 1-5C-alkyl; either R3 : H, CH 3, COOM or CH 2COOM; and R4 : carboxylic acid residue; or R3R4 : a ring with -CO-O-CO-; M : H, alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, ammonium and/or alkyl-ammonium; R5 : -(CH 2) xR7-(R8O) y-R9; R6 : H, CH 3, COOM, CH 2COOM or a substituent as defined for R5; R7 : ester-, ether-, amide- or imide-compound structure, preferably -COO- or CONH; R8 : 2-6C-alkylene, preferably 2-4C-alkylene; R9 : H, 1-12C-alkyl or cycloalkyl, 7-20C-alkylaryl or aralkyl, optionally substituted aryl, monovalent 1-30C-organic residue, which optionally contains heteroatoms; x : 0 or 1; and y : 3-250.
