The framing has a frame (1) that is formed from profiled elements (1a,1b) and is assembled so that the relative position is modified. Each of the profile portions with longitudinal wing (3a,3b) encloses a glazing unit (2). An upper and lower transverse wings (8a,8b,9a,9b) partially fits around an insulation element (12). The transverse wings and the insulation element are configured to ensure the connection of the portions of each frame. The width of the insulation element is adjusted at the time of mounting according to the thickness of the glazing units.
