The device (100) has a counter bearing supporting an object in fastening direction (110). The counter bearing comprises a planar or concave contact surface (130) for attaching the counter bearing to the object. A supporting element (140) e.g. nub-shaped projection, of an outer rim of the counter bearing is protruded from the contact surface opposite to a surface that is normal to the contact surface and bent with respect to the fastening direction to support the object in transverse to the fastening direction. The counter bearing is formed as a head part (120).
