SET RETARDING AND PLASTICIZING ADDITIVE FOR CONCRETE
The invention relates to use of isomaltulose and/or trehalulose as modifier in concrete, in particular as set retarder, and preferably in an amount lying between 0.01 and 0.5 wt.%. The invention further relates to concrete, wherein the concrete contains isomaltulose and/or trehalulose, or Palatinose syrup.
