A holding part (7) is fixed on the head and equipped with a fixing unit for fixing an upper support structure element (20). A reservation part partially covers the holding part in a removable manner. The holding part comprises a body (70) that is fixed on the head and prolonged to a turntable (71). The fixing unit includes openings that are formed on the turntable for passing a screw. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for assembling an installation (2) a method for raising an installation.
