Provided is a portable and relocatable light-emitting device that can be used in an outdoor location with no power source facility. The light-emitting device includes at least one flexible light-emitting unit, at least one flexible power generation unit, a first conduction path connected to the light-emitting unit(s) for supplying electric power to the light-emitting unit(s), a second conduction path connected to the power generation unit(s) for collecting electric power generated by the power generation unit(s), and a light-transmitting flexible sealing sheet for sealing the light-emitting unit(s), the power generation unit(s), the first conduction path, and the second conduction path.
