Composition comprises: at least one superplasticizer (0.2-10 wt.%) comprising superplasticizers based on carboxylic acids, preferably modified polycarboxylic ethers; at least one thickener of organic or inorganic origin (0.5-5 wt.%); at least one aqueous dispersion of synthetic latex or copolymers (5-30 wt.%), which is derived from the copolymerization of at least two monomers e.g. ethylene, at least one mineral filler (30-70 wt.%); and water (0-60 wt.%). Composition comprises: at least one superplasticizer (0.2-10 wt.%) comprising superplasticizers based on carboxylic acids, preferably modified polycarboxylic ethers; at least one thickener of organic or inorganic origin (0.5-5 wt.%); at least one aqueous dispersion of synthetic latex or copolymers (5-30 wt.%), which is derived from the copolymerization of at least two monomers comprising ethylene, propylene, butylene, isoprene, butadiene, styrene, acrylonitrile, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, acrylic acid alkyl esters, methacrylic acid alkyl ester, vinyl ester, acrylate, butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate or vinyl chloride; at least one mineral filler (30-70 wt.%); and water (0-60 wt.%). An independent claim is included for preparing a mortar, concrete or leveling compound comprising mixing the composition with at least one inorganic binder.
