The panel has bars (13) comprising parts with an opening emerging at ends to receive a portion of stem of a clip (17) by defining orifice/clip assembly. A connection part (18) is provided for each of ends of the panel, where the ends have dimensions greater than that of the assembly. The connection part is partially received in opening or hole of upper crosspiece (12) or lower crosspiece to prevent withdrawal of the assembly by the corresponding end. Free ends of the upper or lower crosspieces are hollow to receive an end of element for assembling an edge of the panel to a fence post. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a fence (2) a kit for assembling a fence panel without welding.
