The room has a set of horizontal support beams (1) for supporting seats and being covered with cladding panels. The beams bear carrier blocks comprising seats mounted on a common base. A tilting unit (9) of seats includes a pantograph mechanism for each carrier block. The mechanism has a fixed support (10) secured to the support beams and a mobile support (11) secured to the carrier blocks and to the group of seats. A mechanism has a control linkage allowing movement of the group of seats between deployed position and retracted position by rotating around the fixed support.
