The handle arrangement (5) has handle (9), main portion (11) and covering rosette (14). A bearing mount (35) which serves for the rotary mounting of the handle is arranged in the main portion. The main portion which is covered by covering rosette has an encircling side surface (32) and front side (33). A side cap (13) engages over just one region (44) of side surface of main portion and has a peripheral edge (23) which is positioned against or is located opposite a side surface of frame profile of window or door to form blind joint. An independent claim is included for window, door.
