SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL
A solid oxide fuel cell (1) comprising a cathode (14), and an anode (11, and a solid electrolyte layer (15) disposed between the cathode (14) and the anode (11). The cathode (14) includes a complex oxide having a perovskite structure expressed by the general formula ABO 3 . A standard deviation value for the atomic percentage of respective elements in the A site measured using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy at 10 spots in a single field on the sectional surface of the cathode is no more than 10.4.
