The snow melting controller according to the present invention is a snow melting controller configured to manage multiple snow melting devices located in multiple areas, and is configured to perform a decreasing process of decreasing a total power consumption of the multiple snow melting devices. The snow melting controller is configured to, in the decreasing process, determine a decreasing degree of a power consumption of a snow melting device for each of the multiple areas, based on an amount of snow cover and meteorological information of each of the multiple areas.
