A support framework (101) for building casings (200) comprising a plurality of uprights (110) made of heat-insulating material, at least a constraining element (118) comprising a section bar, optionally in metal, having a transversal section that is constant along the development of the constraining element (118), wherein the constraining element exhibits a first engaging portion (128) constrained to a floor deck of a building structure (300), and a second engaging portion (129) anchored to said uprights (110). It is also disclosed a building structure (300) and a process for making the same.
