A profile for finishing walls in general, having at least one wing (4,15,16) which rests on the outer surface of the wall (2,19) and at least one concave portion which forms a corresponding chamber (9,20, 21) housed inside the same wall (2,19). The invention offers the possibility of applying thereon auxiliary profiles of different materials and colours and of mounting e.g.a light source inside the profile.
