The invention relates to a door seal (6), door (2) with door seal and method for manufacture thereof. The door seal (6) comprises an elongate housing (8) with two side walls (28) and a connecting part which connects the side walls, wherein mounting means are provided on at least one of the side walls of the housing for the purpose of mounting the housing in a recess in the underside of a door; and a sealing body (10) provided at least partially in the housing for sealing a space between the underside of the door and a ground surface. The mounting means comprise a resilient tongue (34) extending from the at least one side wall in a direction inclining downward in use.
