The invention relates to a mineral mixture as a dry mortar for a cover or outer plaster which contains at least two hydrophobic agents, at least one of which is not UV-resistant and at least one of which is UV-resistant, together with at least one mineral binder and a mineral aggregate. Upon being wetted with water in a testing method, the applied mineral mixture has a water content of at least 350 g/m2 or more at the end of each wetting step and a maximum water content of 200 g/m2 in the same test cycle at the end of each drying step. The testing method is explained in the description and in the claims and allows a stability against algae and fungal growth to be substantiated. The invention also relates to related subject matter.
