The invention relates to a snow clearing device (2) for clearing of snow from tracks (100) and track areas (102) and is designed to be carried by a trackbound vehicle (1), where the snow clearing device (2) comprises a frame part (4) that can be fixed on the trackbound vehicle (1) and a on the frame part (4) displaceably arranged plough device (6), where the plough device (6) is movable between an inactive elevated parking position and an active lowered clearing position in which clearing position different plough settings are possible. The invention also relates to a movable snow clearing system (52) for clearing of snow from tracks (100) and track areas (102).
