The invention relates to a hinge-plate (1) for a door, which hinge-plate can be secured to the outer face of the door. A cover (2), at least some sections of which engage behind the hinge-plate (1), can be pushed onto said hinge-plate (1). The cover (2) is provided with a safety lock which can be accessed from the inner face of the door. The safety lock is formed by a sliding element (6) guided in the hinge-plate (1), the sliding element in its working position locking a lug (14) of the cover (2) in the removal direction of said cover (2).
