Hygienic device for sanitary fixtures comprising a detergent and/or deodorant means in the form of a solid block (20) and hooking means (30) to a perimetrical edge of a WC, wherein the hooking means (30) comprise a first engaging portion to the WC (31) and a second engaging portion (32) to the solid block (20) embedded in the solid block (20), wherein the second engaging portion to the solid block (20) is made of a perforated element (32), comprising at least one through hole (33) surrounded by a perimetrical wall (35), the solid block (20) comprising, at the at least one hole (33), at least one internal portion (21) made in a unique cohesive piece, that is, devoid of joining surfaces among different parts of the solid block throughout the thickness of the solid block, wherein the perforated element (32) has a plurality of knurlings (37') arranged radially substantially on the entire upper and/or lower surface.
