KORROSIONSSCHUTZMITTEL AUF ORGANISCHER BASIS FÜR EINE METALLSTRUKTUR, INSBESONDERE FÜR SPANNSTAHL
Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt ein Korrosionsschutzmittel für eine Metalloberfläche, insbesondere von Spannstahl, zur Verfügung, wobei das Korrosionsschutzmittel eine organische Komponente, vorzugsweise ein Öl, Fett oder Wachs, umfasst. Das erfindungsgemäße Korrosionsschutzmittel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es lichtdurchlässig ist und ferner einen Indikator, der auf eine Korrosion der Metalloberfläche mit einer Änderung seines Absorptionsspektrums im Bereich des ultravioletten, des sichtbaren oder des infraroten Lichts, insbesondere mit Farbumschlag, reagiert, umfasst. Ferner werden eine Metallstruktur, versehen mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Korrosionsschutzmittel, eine Vorrichtung an der Metallstruktur und ein Verfahren zur Überprüfung der Metallstruktur erfindungsgemäß zur Verfügung gestellt.
The present invention provides an anti-corrosion composition for a metal surface, especially of pre-stressing steel, the anti-corrosion composition being thixotropic and comprising an organic component which is an oil, fat or wax. The anti-corrosion composition of the invention is characterized in that it is translucent and also comprises an indicator which responds to corrosion of the metal surface by changing its absorption spectrum in the region of ultra-violet, visible or infra-red light, in particular with a colour change. Further provided in accordance with the invention are a metal structure bearing the anti-corrosion composition of the invention, an apparatus on the metal structure, and a method for checking the metal structure.

Das erfindungsgemäße Korrosionsschutzmittel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es lichtdurchlässig ist und ferner einen Indikator, der auf eine Korrosion der Metalloberfläche mit einer Änderung seines Absorptionsspektrums im Bereich des ultravioletten, des sichtbaren oder des infraroten Lichts, insbesondere mit Farbumschlag, reagiert, umfasst. Ferner werden eine Metallstruktur, versehen mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Korrosionsschutzmittel, eine Vorrichtung an der Metallstruktur und ein Verfahren zur Überprüfung der Metallstruktur erfindungsgemäß zur Verfügung gestellt.
