The invention relates to offshore foundations comprising a base (3) that rests on the seabed and a supporting structure (2) including a post (21) extending along a direction of elevation (V) between a foot (22), supported by the base, and a head supporting an offshore structure such as a wind turbine. The supporting structure comprises bags (5) that are solidly connected to the foot of the post, surrounding part of the outer wall of the foot, and designed to be filled with a dense fluid, said bags comprising a flexible casing with a flexible base and flexible peripheral walls.
