Anti-flooding modular structure (100), formed by a plurality of tubular anti-flooding devices (1 ) connected in longitudinal sequence, wherein each device (1) comprises: - a supporting structure (2) expandable made of metal, suitable to assume a first configuration of minimum encumbrance, in which it can be transported on a site subject to flooding, and a second unfolded operating configuration, in which it is expanded longitudinally to form a substantially elongated body suitable to define an artificial embankment; and - a tubular covering element (3), made of waterproof material and coating the bearing structure (2) as a sock.
