The present invention relates generally to a composite mobile bridge apparatus, and to a related method of managing (e.g. configuring) such an apparatus. There is provided a composite mobile bridge apparatus, comprising: at least two composite mobile bridge modules; wherein the modules are formed from fibre reinforced polymer composites, which composite comprises a fibre ply in a cured binder matrix.
