A wall-covering panel (10) and a relative fastening method are described. The panel comprises a substantially flat supporting base (1) and a plurality of wooden covering elements (2) arranged on said supporting base (1) substantially adjacent one to another to cover the whole surface (la) of said supporting base (1), or at least the most thereof, said plurality of covering elements (2) comprising at least one first covering element (2a) fastened to said supporting base (1) and at least one second covering element (2b) removably constrained to said supporting base (1). The method for fastening the panel (10) to a wall comprises the steps of a) removing said at least one second covering element (2b) from the supporting base (1) of the panel (10) so that to uncover at least one portion (lc) of said supporting base (1), b) fastening said supporting base (1) to the wall by at least one fastening element (3), wherein said at least one fastening element (3) passes through said supporting base (1) at said at least one portion of uncovered supporting base (lc), enters the wall and constrains therewith, and c) constraining said at least one second covering element (2b) to said supporting base (1) so that to cover said at least one portion of uncovered supporting base (lc).
