WASTE COLLECTING DEVICE
An animal waste collecting device comprises a disposable container, a resilient sleeve for retaining said disposable container, and a releasable attachment means for releasably attaching said disposable container with respect to said resilient sleeve; said resilient sleeve comprising at least two oppositely disposed walls; said resilient sleeve and said disposable container having at least one openable end which is openable by compressing said device to reveal an opening for insertion of animal waste into said disposable container; the resilient sleeve tending to close onto said animal waste, when compression is no longer applied, in order to retain both said animal waste and said disposable container with respect to said sleeve; wherein said releasable attachment means are configured to allow said disposable container and its contents to be released from said collecting device.
