The cover is removably connected to the main body portion and the main body portion and the cover cooperate to define a handle interior. The first and second attachment portions include first and second attachment members, respectively. The first attachment portion and the first insert member are secured together by a first fastener, and the second attachment portion and the second insert member are secured together by a second fastener.
