    The invention relates to a screen connecting device having a first and a second joint element (4a, 4b) and a swivel pin (5) for the jointed connecting of the first and second joint elements (4a, 4b), wherein said elements can be locked to each other in at least one angular position. The joint elements (4a, 4b) comprise an oblong hole (25a, 25b) and rest surfaces (19, 24). Two interacting joint elements (4a, 4b) can be pivoted over a wide angular range by moving the swivel axis (32) along the oblong holes (25a, 25b) and locked in at least one angular position.
