A fitting (1) for a wall-mounted faucet (50) , said fitting comprising a tubular element (2), adapted to be mounted on a hot or cold water connection (10) fixed to the wall (80). A body (3) is adapted to be mounted on the faucet (50) and comprises an eccentric seat (3a) which receives one end (2a) of the tubular element (2), said body (3) being rotatable on the tubular element (3), in order to adjust a height of the body (3) from the ground when the tubular element (2) is fixed to the wall connection (10).
