The present invention relates to a bracket (100) for laying an insulating panel (P) on a wall surface (M) comprising an attachment plate (101) attached to said surface and a supporting plate (102), said supporting plate (102) extending substantially perpendicularly to said attachment plate (102) in order to support said insulating panel (P), characterised in that said bracket (100) comprises reinforcing means (103) arranged between the attachment plate and the supporting plate, for rigidifying said bracket, said reinforcing means comprising means (104) for cutting the insulating panel.
