A fire/disaster evacuation facility for a building according to the present invention is a facility, which enables evacuation from a fire or a disaster, comprising: a wall-fixed frame which is fixed on an outer wall of a building; an outer frame which is provided in front of the wall-fixed frame; a lower folding foothold which is axially fixed to the wall-fixed frame; a folding emergency exit opening and closing means which unfolds along the lower folding foothold; an upper evacuation structure converting means; and a lower evacuation structure converting means which provides an evacuation passageway.
