VERFAHREN UND ANLAGE ZUR HERSTELLUNG VON ZEMENTKLINKER ODER EINES ANDEREN MINERALISCHEN PRODUKTS
A method for producing cement clinker or another mineral product is provided, wherein, between a kiln (2) and a thermal preconditioning device (1, 3), a bypass gas laden with at least one cycle-forming substance, more particularly an alkali, a chloride or a sulfur compound, in the gas phase is branched off from exhaust gas of the kiln (2) and the remaining residual exhaust gas is fed to the preconditioning device (1, 3). The bypass gas is then cooled to such an extent that the substance is deliberately condensed out on a surface of a condensation device (7) so that the substance can be led out of the condensation device (7) separately from the cleaned bypass gas. The cleaned bypass gas is then heated and fed back into the residual exhaust gas, more particularly into the residual exhaust gas flowing in the preconditioning device (1, 3). Therefore, a condensation device that serves to adsorb the substance by means of condensation and thus to remove the substance from the bypass gas should be provided. The routinely provided use of kiln meal entrained in the bypass gas as a carrier material on which the substance can adsorb is therefore not required and should be avoided as much as possible.
