A wooden panel (1) for a wooden timber buildings construction, composed from cross laminated wooden planks (5) forming layers (2), wherein the planks (5) of a second layer (2) are laid in respect of the planks (5) of a first layer (2) at an angle ranging from 45° to 135°, and side walls (7) of the planks (5) in orthogonal projection onto a contact wall (3) of closely fitted layers (2) create projection patterns (13) having a shape of quadrangles, wherein the wooden panel (1) has at least one opening and/or at least one depression and contains a static core (14) composed from three closely fitted layers (2) of planks (5), wherein the planks (5) of an external layer (2) of the static core (14) are arranged vertically in the panel (1), and wherein the layers (2) of planks (5) are screwed together by steel wood screws (10) placed in at least two pieces in each projection pattern (13).
