    The invention relates to an example of a method for producing a partial section of a multipart tower section of a tower, said method comprising separation (110) of a casing of the multipart tower section along a first portion of a desired longitudinal separation line of the casing, fastening (120) a first longitudinal flange part of a longitudinal flange of a first partial section of the multipart tower section to a casing segment of the casing, associated with the first partial section, along the first portion of the desired longitudinal separation line after separating (110) the casing along the first portion of the desired longitudinal separation line, and separating (130) the casing along a second portion of the desired longitudinal separation line during or after fastening (120) the first longitudinal flange part of the longitudinal flange of the first partial section.
