METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC/AL-SIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL JOINED BODY, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEAT SINK-EQUIPPED SUBSTRATE FOR POWER MODULE
A method of producing a ceramics/Al-SiC composite material bonded body of the present invention includes the steps of: forming a magnesium layer having a thickness of 0.1 µm or more and 10 µm or less on a surface of at least one of the ceramics member and the Al-SiC composite material; obtaining a laminated body by laminating the ceramics member and the Al-SiC composite material via the magnesium layer; and bonding the ceramics member and the Al-SiC composite material by heating the laminated body in a temperature range of 550°C or more and 575°C or less, wherein the Al-SiC composite material includes an aluminum material made of an Al-Si alloy with a silicon content of 0.1 atomic% or more.
