The water supply hose (15) is configured to supply water from the water supply source into the casing (400). The water supply hose (15) is flexible. The water supply connection part (420) connects the water supply hose (15) and the valve unit (430). The casing (400) has an elevated portion (411) recessed upward from a bottom (410) surface of the casing (400). The elevated portion (411) has an upper surface and a side surface extending from the upper surface and facing backward or sideward. The water supply connection part (420) is provided on the side surface of the elevated portion (411).
