Provided is a floor structure for an aircraft lavatory unit in which the floor is less likely to get wet and which is advantageous in maintaining a hygienically and aesthetically preferable state of the floor. A storage recess portion (30) is formed in a section on the inner side of side plates (2606A, 2606B) on an upper surface (2602E) of a bottom plate (2602) of a floor pan (24A) so as to extend linearly along a sink-side edge (2602B). A plurality of water guiding grooves (32) communicating with a storage recess portion (30) with a spacing from each other are provided substantially in an entire region of the upper surface (2602E) of the bottom plate (2602). A water-absorbent member (28) is disposed so as to be stored in the storage recess portion (30).
