The invention provides a device with an oscillating bearing and relates to a device (100) comprising a panel (120) having an opening, a device support (110) mounted so as to be pivotable through the opening between a lowered position and a raised position, a pivoting system (200) of the device support, the pivot system includes a rotary drive shaft, at least one damper and at least one torsion spring under stress and connected to the rotary drive shaft, and two parallel links (265) arranged to transmit rotational motion of the rotary drive shaft to the device support. According to the invention, the pivoting system comprises a rigid integral transmission member (260), which is U-shaped and has a longitudinal portion (261) extending along the rotational transmission shaft and two side portions (262) extending at both ends of the longitudinal portion such that the transmission member surrounds the rotational transmission shaft, a rotary transmission shaft is connected to the integral transmission component at the root of the two side parts, and the free ends of the two side parts form rods and are in sliding fit with the equipment support.
