The invention discloses a closestool flushing system with a flushing speed adjusting function. The system comprises a water storage container and a flushing pipeline; the flushing pipeline is connected with a water outlet of the water storage container and a closestool urinal; a speed regulation through-hole is formed in the side wall of the flushing pipeline; the system also comprises a blockingpiece which is inserted into the flushing pipeline along the speed regulation through-hole; a plug is arranged at one end of the blocking piece; the plug is rotatably plugged into the speed regulationthrough-hole and seals the speed regulation through-hole; and the plug drives the blocking piece to rotate together. According to the flushing system, the water passing area of the flushing pipelinecan be rapidly adjusted by rotating the blocking piece, so that the water flow velocity in the flushing pipeline is controlled, sewage splashing caused by the too high flushing speed is avoided, and the flushing system has the advantage that the drainage speed can be rapidly adjusted.
