To provide a bracing device for attaching a lining frame to a structure to be lined.SOLUTION: A bracing device (10) for attaching a lining frame to a structure to be lined of this invention includes a main portion (11) extending in an axial direction, wherein one end thereof is fitted to a fixing plate to the structure to be lined, and the other end thereof is fitted to a piece for holding a film. The film holding component (M) includes a first jaw (15), and a second jaw (17). The second jaw includes two half jaws (170) which are assembled with each other by assembling means 18 so as to form the second jaw.
