A thermally insulating profile, suitable for being interposed between two profiles (2) made of conductive material for making a thermal break system (3), comprises a body (4) obtained by extruding a thermoplastic material, extending longitudinally and provided with at least one projection (5), and an adhesion element (11), extending longitudinally, coextruded at the projection (5) of the body (4) made of thermoplastic material.
