A cap (40) is disposed over and operably coupled to the pivot (30). The cap (40) has a projecting surface (42), a receiving surface (44), and a sloped surface (46) that is defined between the projecting surface (42) and the receiving surface (44). An engagement plate (48) defines an opening (82) and is disposed around the cap (40). The cap (40) and the engagement plate (48) are configured to translate between a first position (18) and a second position (20) relative to the support plate (24).
