The seals known from the prior art suffer from many problems when they are subjected to particular temperature and/or pressure conditions. The present invention relates to a deformable seal (20) intended for joining uncoupled elements (5, 5a, 5b), characterised in that it comprises a stack of layers (1, 2, 9, 9a, 9b) comprising at least: • A first layer (1) based on a first elastomer; • A second layer (2) based on a second elastomer; • An intermediate layer (9, 9a, 9b) disposed between the first layer and the second layer and preferably comprising at least one thermal insulator.
