The invention relates to a method for replacing bridge constructions in track systems, comprising the method steps of: receiving and raising a new bridge construction by means of a movable apparatus for replacing bridge constructions in track systems; moving said apparatus on or above the track system below the existing overhead lines of the track system to an installation position of the new bridge construction over a gap in the track system created by removing the old bridge construction; and position-accurate lowering of the new bridge construction onto abutments for carrying the new bridge construction into the gap in the track system.
