The invention relates to an outer wall diverter valve (2) having a line section (6) extending by several cm, a rotary handle (8) connected to an actuating lever (10) rotatably mounted in the valve body (4), which actuating lever opens and closes a line closure (16) at its end facing away from the rotary handle (8), and a system separator (18) arranged in the discharge-side end of the valve body (4), the system separator has a flow valve (32) which allows liquid to drain away from the valve body (4) and prevents liquid from entering the valve body (4) from the interface (20). In order to be able to drain the outer wall diverter valve (2), it is proposed that a shut-off valve, which can be adjusted between a closed position and an open position, is mounted on the valve body (4), which shut-off valve is formed by a combination of a threaded sleeve (9), a valve pin (11) provided with a slip ring seal (21), an actuating lever (10) serving as a stop, and a spring (19), and which shut-off valve can be easily opened and closed by means of a rotary knob (8), therefore, the internal space of the valve body (4) is drained.
