A concealed hinge has a first base (10), a second base (20), a pivotal-connecting assembly (30), a connecting rod (42), and a positioning unit (43). The first base (10) and the second base (20) are pivotally connected via the pivotal-connecting assembly (30). The pivotal-connecting assembly (30) has a connecting block (31) synchronously moving when the first base (10) and the second base (20) pivot. The connecting rod (42) is fixed to the connecting block (31) and has a positioning groove (422) formed on the surface. The positioning unit (43) is pushed by a spring toward the surface of the connecting rod (42). When the connecting rod (42) is moved to the positioning unit (43) protruding into the positioning groove (422), the first base (10) and the second base (20) are temporarily positioned.
