The invention relates to a door device for a sanitary cell of a rail vehicle for passenger transport, having a movable door leaf (5) and having a first door lever (1) connected to the door leaf (5) and intended for manually moving the door leaf (5), wherein the door device has a further, second door lever (2) intended for manually moving the door leaf (5) and being coupled to the first lever (1), with the result that actuation of the second door lever (2) causes the first door lever (1) to be actuated.
