    There is described a reservoir dispenser (120) for a bidet apparatus (100), comprising a housing unit having a first chamber (151) and a second chamber (152), wherein the first chamber (151) is capable of holding liquid wash solution separate from the second chamber (152), a water inlet (123) and a water outlet (125) on the second chamber (152), a lid (121) having an opening (150) therein, wherein the lid (121) is attached to the first chamber (151), an activator (153) having a stem (154) and a stem end piece (155), wherein the activator (153) is within the opening (150) of the lid (121), and the stem (154) and stem end piece (155) are in the first chamber (151) and a check valve (158) between the first chamber (151) and the second chamber (152) or an annular ring (200) between the first chamber (151) and the second chamber (152) or the stem (154) comprises one or more grooved openings (250) or a narrowed band (300) in a distal region of the stem (154) such that the grooved openings or the narrowed band are in the first chamber (151). Engaging the activator (153) allows for transfer of the liquid wash solution from the first chamber (151) into the second chamber (152).
