A snow tooth for a snow tiller for preparing the snowpack of ski slopes; the snow tooth (3) comprising a first projection (6) having a first height (HI; R1) and a second projection (7) having a second height (H2; R2), the first height (HI; R1) and the second height (HI; Rl); the snow tooth being shaped so as to be connected to a rotating shaft and have, in use, a main direction of rotation (F); preferably, the first projection (6) is arranged along the snow tooth so that, in use, it sinks into the snowpack before the second projection (7) in particular when, in use, the snow tooth is attached to a shaft (2) of the snow tiller (1) and said shaft (2) rotates in the main direction of rotation (F).
